Ryan R. Caswell
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Caswell has served as our Chief Executive Officer since May 2025, and previously served as our President from February 2023 to May 2025, and as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance from September 2020 to February 2023. Mr. Caswell also serves, or has previously served, on the boards of Cannae investments including AmeriLife, Black Knight Football, CorroHealth, Jana Partners, System1, TripleTree Holdings, and Watkins, among others. Mr. Caswell has over 15 years of relevant investment and corporate finance experience across a wide variety of industries and transaction types. Previously, Mr. Caswell was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at BofA Securities where he executed advisory and capital raising transactions. Before BofA Securities, Mr. Caswell was an investment banker at Bear Stearns.

Peter Sadowski
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer
Peter T. Sadowski has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Cannae since April 2017, during which time he has had increasing roles and responsibilities. Mr. Sadowski has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of FNF since 2008 and served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of FNF from 1999 until 2008. Mr. Sadowski is a Trustee of the Folded Flag Foundation and the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation.

Michael L. Gravelle
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mike Gravelle has served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary of Cannae and General Counsel since April 2017.
Mr. Gravelle has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Fidelity National Financial, or FNF, since January 2010, having joined a subsidiary of FNF in 1993. Mr. Gravelle has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Black Knight, Inc. and its predecessors since January 2014. He served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Fidelity National Information Services from February 2010 until February 2013, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Remy from February 2013 until March 2015.

Bryan D. Coy
Chief Financial Officer
In his role, Mr. Coy is responsible for financial reporting and planning, and investor relations oversight for Cannae and its operating subsidiaries.
From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Coy was the Chief Financial Officer for Black Knight Sports which includes the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League, the Henderson Silver Knights of the American Hockey League and the related arenas. Prior to joining Black Knight Sports, Mr. Coy served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Interblock Gaming, a European-based developer and manufacturer of electronic table games until 2017. Previously, Mr. Coy was the Chief Financial Officer of Aruze Gaming America, Inc. from 2010 to 2015 after posts as the Director of Financial Reporting at Fontainebleau Resorts and as the Chief Financial Officer of Shuffle Master, Inc. - Americas. Mr. Coy has also served as Vice President of Finance at Sunterra Resorts and Vice President of Finance at eSchool Solutions. Mr. Coy began his career at Deloitte & Touche in Dayton, Ohio and Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Coy serves on the Board of Directors of Opportunity Village, a not-for-profit organization serving adults in the Southern Nevada community with intellectual and related disabilities.

Alexander Ciniello
Vice President, Corporate Finance
Alexander Ciniello has served as our Vice President of Corporate Finance since August 2020. Mr. Ciniello has served as a Board member of WineDirect since March 2024, including serving as a member of the Board’s transaction sub-committee during the sale of WineDirect’s eCommerce business to Fullsteam in January 2025. Mr. Ciniello leads the mergers and acquisition and due diligence efforts at Cannae and Black Knight Football. Mr. Ciniello has over 10 years of relevant investment and corporate finance experience across a variety of industries and transaction types, including sports-related mergers & acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Ciniello was a Vice President at Citi, where he focused on sports-related advisory and capital raising transactions, from June 2014 until he joined Cannae in August 2020.
